HI I AM TODD – (3DRHD)
I have over 40 years in the Residential Home industry. I started out as a helper part time back in the late 70’s. I worked for different trades until I was able to learn enough to go out on my own. I was a Residential Contractor in N.Y. (Long Island). I moved to Florida in 1997. In these 40 years I have had experience in sales of building products, I have worked with almost every trade involved in the industry on the job sites. These trades include: Framing, Siding, Roofing, Flooring, Drywall, Painting, Masonry, Plumbing, Electrical & Truss Design. I have designed & built residential projects for many of these years. I would like to share my experience and knowledge with you to Build Your Future Home. 3D Residential Home Design can be for the individual or family that wants to build their new home (or add an extension on their existing home). I can also provide Builders & Contractors with Drawings of floor plans, elevations, cross sections & more. I have a certificate in Residential Architectural Drafting and a degree for CAD (in Residential Architectural Design).
